Previously, Dianne worked as a senior legal assistant in several corporate securities departments of medium and large law firms including Campney & Murphy, DuMoulin Black and Douglas Symes & Brissenden, in Canada's junior mining capital - Vancouver, British Columbia. Through her legal assistant background and her ongoing experience working with senior management of public companies, she has developed a diverse understanding of public company administration.
