About Public Arts Commission

Founded in 2014, the Public Arts Commission had one goal: to see more public art in Grand Forks, ND. Since then, PAC has worked to execute that goal with not just one large project, but 15 individual projects scattered throughout Downtown Grand Forks and 42nd Ave, as well as 3 large annual events, and new galleries and exhibits that showcase local artists. The mission of the Public Arts Commission (PAC) is to create a more vibrant cultural life for all who live in or visit Grand Forks. PAC supports public art that inspires creativity, conversation, and adds to the overall aesthetic of the community, as well supports a robust art marketplace that connects artists to collectors.
