The agreement involves distribution of PROXXONS range in Australia & New Zealand. As ba... ckground, RELATIVITY in July 2017 requested PROXXON GmbH to seek a new partner in ANZ after a tool competitor's restructure presented nationally scaled B2B opportunities. Further, planned 2018 PROXXON product releases would require the national distributor to address a new range of industries. SIEPER Group was seen as a natural successor, given its strong B2B capabilities and experience with distributing high quality tools. RELATIVITY's other business units including FOAMFORM and FLUOROPLASTICS remain unchanged. Commenting on the agreement, Ed Sieper, CEO at SIEPER Group said, "We are delighted to be partnering with PROXXON to distribute their high-quality range."
