Our humble beginnings were with a three-unit apartment building in Wicker Park, a fast growing neighborhood of Chicago, IL. We have since expanded throughout Chicago into Indiana, Michigan, and Florida. We operate and manage various types of real estate from beautifully-appointed apartment buildings and single family homes, commercial offices, retail storefronts, industrial land, parking garages, luxury-beachfront vacation rentals, and marinas.
