Stradtner Rowland and Associates, Incorporated, is a professional land surveying company located at 518 Main Street in Vincennes, Indiana. Douglas (Duffy) Stradtner, P.E./P.S. started Stradtner and Associates in 1988 as a sole proprietor providing civil engineering services. Kevin Rowland, P.S. joined the firm in 1993 and added surveying expertise.... In 1996 the firm was incorporated and the name changed to Stradtner, Rowland and Associates, Inc. (SRA). With its prior location at 26 North 5th Street, Vincennes, Indiana, A to B Surveying, LLC is owned and operated by Brian Resenbeck, P.S. and Brent Johnson, P.S. A to B was founded in 1991 by Art Haase and Bill Clark, both directors and professors of the surveying technology program at Vincennes University. Brian and Brent joined A to B in 1993 and purchased the company from Art and Bill in 2000. Past projects of both companies have involved extensive boundary and land title surveys, route surveys, easements, site surveys/design, environmental surveys, project engineering, as-built surveys, and construction staking and observation. Clients have included private individuals, contractors, industrial companies, commercial businesses, utility companies, large engineering firms, architects, and units of government. Moving forward, Providence Land Group will utilize the assets of both firms with state-of-the-art technology, such as global positioning systems (GPS) and computer based modeling to increase efficiency, while enhancing quality of service. Providence Land Group has enough resources to complete the large and complex projects; yet we are small enough, and prideful enough, to insure the quality of our work.
