Liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with various compatible sample preparation techniques are our major approaches. Our core business is to develop sensitive and rugged analytical methods for the target drugs and their metabolites in biological fluids/tissues, quantitatively measure these molecules in samples generated from studies across all stages of drug discovery and development. We also support PK/PD studies conducted by academia. One of our specialties is to develop high throughput assays to measure biologically active endogenous molecules (e.g. biomarkers) and their metabolites present in bio-matrices.
