Proton has established an international office for the sole purpose of enhancing and protecting the Intellectual Property that underlies Hygenic Earth Energy. The I.P includes a succession of patents, along with trade secrets and new science. Because the I.P. is owned by a separate corporation without any field operations and assets, the IP remains... secure and well defended, world wide. In regions where HEE is of interest, a regional Affiliate can be established. Canada is the first regional Affiliate. Each regional affiliate will be majority locally-owned, and will have perpetual exclusive rights to use and license HEE technology within the regional boundaries. All I.P. produced by Affiliates will be transferred to Proton International, and shared with other regions. Each Affiliate will initiate and support a Regional Centre of Excellence (RCE). The RCE will be an 'open tent', welcoming participation by all sectors. One role for the RCE is to conduct research on land and infrastructure, and to incorporate HEE into the regional energy road map. All RCEs will periodically sponsor regional round-tables and think-tank sessions.
