Property Consortium UK, have enjoyed healthy growth from their inception. Originally the business was conceived and run from the living room of one of the Directors' homes, but today we are extremely proud to say that over a relatively small business career (15 Years) the Group companies have grown into a multimillion, medium size enterprise., with... a collective projected turnover for this financial year of over £12 million and employing just under 100 staff. It continues to be a privately owned company with strong robust financial footings, no plans to sell-out to its competitors, or have need to seek financial assistance from investors or indeed float on the London Stock Exchange. Thus we will remain a close knit operation that is personally run by all the directors and senior management. The directors and senior staff are very much hands on and can often be found on the front line of the business to continually learn how to drive it forward and help it achieve its next target. The expansion and success of the Group companies have been through shrewd re-investment of the companies' profits, and it is planned anticipated that we will continue this way of expansion for the foreseeable future. We recognise that in an ever competitive and demanding moving market place, we cannot afford to stay still and need to ensure we become multi-dimensional, without detracting from our core service. This is why we have been careful and considered in adding other services that can be easily "bolted on" to existing services and still utilise our management expertise and core suppliers.
