Since taking on our first property in Chicago in 2005, Property Care 1is quickly becoming the go-to organization for condo associations in search of quality lawn and building maintenance. The history of Property Care 1 is a story of happenstance, determ... ination and hard work. When a friend approached me some years ago about doing his condo association's weekly upkeep and cleaning, I was making good money working for a major communications company and was completely uninterested. Thanks to that friend's persistence, I eventually gave it a shot and discovered a real joy in the work I performed at his property. Soon my friend's neighbor asked about my services, and again I was hesitant but added a second property to my client list. Upon considering the needs of these two properties and the satisfaction I found in the work, I concluded that other small buildings must also need a service provider tuned specifically to their demands. Still working for the communications company, I gradually built my business one association at a time, until January 2008, when I left the communications industry and focused all my energies on Property Care 1. Over the years, my staff and I have joined together to provide the best possible service to smaller properties throughout Chicago.
