Su-Dan's manufacturing facility consists of three prima... ry production departments and all of the proofer products offered by Su-Dan are produced in these departments: 1. Injection Molding Department - A full range of engineering grade materials are used in the production of plastic products. Included in the list of proofer products created by Su-Dan's molding department are proofer cups , plastic proofer trays and plastic components used on our stainless steel trays. 2. Forming (Stamping) Department - Metal products and fabric pre-forms are created here. All of Su-Dan's stainless steel proofer trays and proofer cup pre-forms are produced in this department. 3. Tool Room (Machine Shop) - Molds and dies for the plastic molding and forming departments are produced and maintained here. Su-Dan's proofer cups and trays are designed for use on most intermediate dough proofing systems including Adamatic , AMF, Benier , Clock, KB, Kemper, Multifoods, Noel, Oshikiri, and Sugden.
