The Company traces its origins basically to constructions way back in 1999 and then diversified into manufacture of Home Interior décor products, Real Estate, Holidays and finally into Agro and Foods. By the end of the last millenium Arch. Sandip Joshi and Arch. Abhijit Saigaonkar, who had established themselves in the Architecture and Interiors bu... siness, launched KK in 1999, thereby setting a benchmark in the industry. In 1999 brand KK introduced acrylic shutters, along with the novel idea of using fiber glass for modular kitchens. KK dared to be totally indigenous in its efforts with a view to overcome the then prevalent hassles in availability, execution, planning, design and material procurement. The constant aim of the company has been to look for innovations in products with viability, providing a consolidated package of tailor made fittings to its esteemed customers, through professionalism and perfection. Having land and the requisite expertise, the company unveiled its projects Nisarg Vihar Jambha City in October 2014, followed by Janak Jambha Nagari in 2016, which gained honour as the first IGBC Platinum Rated Project in Konkan. Poised next for inauguration is the Kutumb in 2019. Keeping in tune with nature conservation and social causes, the company erected fencing around river Koteshwari, which facilitated Dual Farming for the local populace. One of the main pillars of the Company, Mr Sandip Joshi is an architect with more than 26 years of project experience in the fields of construction and kitchen designs. He heads the Product Design as well as Research and Development departments of the Company and also keeps a keen eye on the Management.
