Proma Estate was founded in 2003. The company's work borders on two markets - real estate and finance. We manage projects and investments in real estate. Proma Estate is a Russian company, which draws upon the local and international experience of its employees to provide efficient, responsible and client-oriented services. For more than 20 years P... ierre Légaré, the Company's General Director, worked for SNC-Lavalin in Canada, one of the largest international companies in engineering and construction, starting as a construction manager and later on reaching the position of vice-president. In 2002 Pierre was invited to come to Russia to develop a concept for a project. Upon completion of this project Pierre made a decision to stay in Russia having seen huge potential for development business here. A new company, Proma Estate, emerged on the Russian market with 20 years of international experience and a strong network of contacts from the USA, France, Canada and, of course, Russia. Although Proma Estate projects started in Moscow, our company's now manages projects in towns across Russia, including Tver, Nizhniy Novgorod, Yaroslavl and Smolensk.
