(Homeless Outreach Program Enrichment) is a specialized healthcare and social services provider serving the homeless population in Camden County, New Jersey, with a primary focus on Camden City, the largest urban center in southern New Jersey and one of the most economically depressed cities in the United States. The organization's patient population faces significant barriers to care, with 88 percent living at or below the Federal Poverty Line and 13 percent lacking any form of health insurance. In 2020 alone, Project HOPE completed 15,089 medical and behavioral health visits for 3,442 unduplicated patients, demonstrating substantial clinical volume and community reach.
