Byron has more than 25 years of extensive experience managing state and federal public programs, as well as leading research and policy work. He has sponsored and implemented organizational reengineering and culture-changing programs in the government. Byron specializes in creating change management training and employing multi-disciplinary teams to achieve complex organizational goals. As a graduate of the Western Michigan University School of Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology, Byron brings the theoretical concepts of adult human development into our work to provide a framework through which to envision and address organizational change efforts. Byron supported the SSA Office of Retirement and Disability Policy Mentoring Initiative and the Michigan Department of Human Services Leadership Academy with strategic program development and mentoring. He is the recipient of Social Security Administration Commissioner Citations for leading organizational change relating to: Byron is a limited and licensed psychologist in Michigan. He is also a member of the American Psychological Association, Division 1.
