Professtama provided safety and security products, design consultation and system installation to customers. At first, Professtama ran daily operation from a four-storey office in Hayam Wuruk area. At that time, Professtama had total of around fifteen employees, who managed office administration to system installation works. Professtama started its involvement in safety and security industry by supplying fire fighting cars to Indonesian airports, followed by implementing Automated Message Switching Centre (AMSC). These were implemented in fifteen airports, from Padang to Jayapura. In 1986, Professtama moved its office to Komplek Golden Ville area, which still remains today. The new office had larger spaces to accommodate warehouse, workshop, testing and training facilities. Since then, Professtama has been gaining many achievements through its involvements in many national projects and with government institutions : - XI Summit of G-15 in Jakarta - Indonesia's People's Consultative Assembly Complex - Indonesia's Presidential Palace Complex - Indonesia's National Police - Indonesia's Presidential Security Guard - Department of Justice and Human Rights - Department of Foreign Affair Professtama has been concentrating in extending its professionalism in every aspect. Regular trainings are continually held to broaden each personnel's knowledge, given by foreign and Professtama R&D Trainer. In 2001, Professtama opened Customer Care and 24Hour Service Center (phone: 62-21-5671935). The 24Hour Service Center is available 24/7/365, to reach and meet customers' needs of quick and professional solutions.
