Professional Management Services, Inc., dba PM-Systems, was chartered as a corporation in South Carolina in April 1990 to operate as a full-service computer, network, and business management consulting firm. While located on Hilton Head Island in 1990 and 1991, Professional Management Services' primary client was Barnacle Broadcasting Ltd., which o... perated radio station WHTK-FM. Professional Management Services provided Barnacle Broadcasting with general, sales, and programming management, and directed the station to profitability during a period when well over half the radio stations in the United States were losing money. WHTK-FM was awarded the "South Carolina Radio Station of the Year" by the South Carolina Broadcasters Association in 1990.
