Productivity Hubs Programme

The University of Lincoln is running a business growth programme for SMEs in Greater Lincolnshire that are serious about growth (priority given to those based in Boston, Grimsby and Scunthorpe and surrounding areas). As at the end of January 2023, the Productivity HUBs Programme has helped 260 businesses across Greater Lincolnshire with 2500 hours... of business support and £160,000 worth of grant funding.The Productivity HUBs programme consists of:* Business DEVELOPMENT:12 hours access to a business development manager who will work with you to identify key challenges and opportunities and help you to develop a plan to drive your business forward to increased productivity and profitability.* Business ACCELERATION: A programme aimed specifically at logistics/transport, manufacturing and advanced engineering businesses. Successful participants benefit from a free-of-charge package of master classes, mentor-led guidance and networking designed to improve performance and drive growth.
