Pro-Life Future

Pro-Life Future is the newest division of Students for Life of America, focused on recruiting, training and equipping young, pro-life adults. SFLA has trained over 20,000 students since our launch in 2006, but when these students graduate, they find an overwhelming age gap and lack of a place to stay involved in the pro-life movement. These young p... eople in whom we've invested as leaders in the pro-life movement, are drifting away. Pro-Life Future aims to fix that. Our mission is to mobilize communities to abolish abortion in our lifetime. Starting with leaders we've trained in high school and college, Pro-Life Future starts chapters in cities all across America to continue the life-saving work they started in college and change the culture in their communities. As young people, we have a remarkable ability to change the way people think about abortion. We are survivors of Roe v Wade and Doe v Bolton. We have seen what abortion does to our sisters, our friends, and our mothers. We have seen the ultrasound images of our siblings, our children, even ourselves, and know that human life begins and must be protected from the moment of conception. As recent national polls have confirmed, this generation of young people is pro-life. The challenge comes in breaking through the apathy and motivating and training young people to take a stand for Life in their communities. Simply put, Pro-Life Future and Students for Life of America want to abolish abortion in our lifetime, and we plan to do that by identifying, educating, and activating this generation of young people.
