Pro Image Signs was started by Cesar & Luis Gutierrez in 1998, setting up shop in their garage. Cesar began his experience in the trade, by attending LA Trade Tech. With hard work and a natural artistic ability, he taught himself the trade and created what is now known as Pro Image Signs.
