Amongst the many roles that I play in my life, my role as a Yogi is the one that defines me best. Yoga has been my reverence, passion, and truth from the moment it found me thirty years ago. Yoga in its entirety is the only discipline that allows us to heal fully from inside out. We are all filled with vital energy - capable of magnificence, capabl... e of balance, with the potential to scale the ordinary and find the divine that resides within each of us. With this belief, I help people on their journey to better physical, emotional, and spiritual health. With a combined approach that includes authentic Yoga, breathing methods, meditation, Cupping therapy, Ayurvedic practices, and nutritional guidance, I support and nudge people back on the path to better health. The partnered approach is very successful because it provides the client with a support system. It is an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with another persons health, and my promise is always to be present and true to their needs.
