All products are manufactured from high-tech polyester microfibre or trilaminates and are designed to comply with the stringent requirements of EN 13795. These materials should not be confused with traditional 'reus... ables' manufactured from cotton or calico. Priontex can supply either bulk non-sterile components for assembly in onsite CSSD's, bulk deliveries of fully sterile and ready to use packs, or a fully managed top up service with all items being delivered to their point of use on a daily basis. With all the packs being assembled locally in the South Africa, a reusable service is not only the most environmentally friendly solution but will also help the company's customers to reduce their carbon footprint. In addition to having competitive unit costs, with no hidden charges, a reusable service can deliver considerable cost savings in clinical waste disposal, incineration, distribution and sterilization. The company services clients nationally from the company's production facilities in Cape Town and Johannesburg which is ISO 13485 (Medical Device Manufacturing).
