Founded in 1993 Metal Sign & Label initially started as a reseller of metal labels and signs targeted at industrial applications. With a focus on strong customer service, flexibility to meet the customer demands and a thorough technical understanding the business successfully grew to service many industries across Australia and internationally. Observing the traditional nameplate manufacturing manufacturing process utilising screens, films and environmentally harsh chemicals research was commenced into the development of a new approach. Continued research into inks, print head and metallurgy in partnership with the Queensland University of Technology cumulated in the awarding of a patent for the PrintMETAL technology. By digitally printing into the anodised aluminium surface PrintMETAL delivers unmatched efficiency, flexibility and environmental benefits compared to traditional technology.
