My experience was brilliant. It was an education as well as a service. We started from the ground up, talking about the basics regarding diamonds and slowly worked up towards choosing a ring. I would 100% recommend Primo Diamonds for bespoke designs. I received first class service and they helped me design the most beautiful engagement ring, my fia... ncé absolutely loves it. They are certainly a customer first company and I strongly recommend them. Its been a very satisfying experience from start to finish. Francesco listened to what my requirements were and came up with several options for me to choose from. Then presented me with a ring that matched my specifications. I would highly recommend Primo Diamonds. I had very little knowledge about diamonds and Francesco was very patient with me and helped me choose the perfect diamond for my engagement ring. I would definitely buy from them again. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff, they work with you to make your dream ring come to life. I mentioned that I needed a quick turnaround and I was so grateful that this could be accommodated, my ring took just under four weeks to make and I am so over the moon with it.
