In Prime Micro we feel comfortable in what we do on our work and we do it whole heartedly. Consist of 3 major materials; conductor, insulator film and supporting tape. Conductor is tin(Sn) plated rolled copper wire and usually annealing process is added to reinforce flexibility. The base material of insulation film is PET(polyethylene telephthalate). On the base film, one or twolayers of PET based thermal adhesive resin are applied. Supporting tape is affixed as a stiffer and to keep FFC with an adequate insertion thickness to be jointed with the standard connectors. Wire Harness is a string of cables and/or wires which transmit informational signals or operating currents (energy). The cables are bound together by clamps, cable ties, cable lacing, sleeves, electrical tape, conduit, a weave of extruded string.
