Just a casual meeting to see where you are at, what you have in mind, and what we have to work with. We show each other examples that may spark some ideas. Based on our catch up, and some analysis, we present you with an outline for the project and an indication of pricing. Once everyone is happy, we get to work on putting your vision on paper. Whe... re you begin to see your visions come to life. Using the latest 3D modelling software we will present you with a variety of drawings and images to clearly communicate the design to you. We meet to talk over the concept design(s) and figure out how to make it even better. We realise that everyone has different needs and tastes. It is our job to polish the concept until all the kinks have been ironed out and you are fully satisfied with your design. Leave it to us! We will take your design and produce all the necessary drawings and documentation to obtain a building consent, providing you with a full set of construction drawings to give to your builder.
