Our corporate strategy is to identify and acquire companies where value can be added or enhanced through the support of the PAC management team. The PAC management team takes an active role in managing change at the target company and prepares and executes a strategic plan for value enhancement or turnaround. PAC will also provide interim managemen... t for as long as required. PAC will acquire and invest on its own account by raising finance via equity release and debt. PAC may also seek to work and invest in collaboration with chosen private equity companies. In its role as co-investor PAC will act as the change manager, preparing and executing the 100 day plan whilst developing the value of the company and delivering a profitable exit for the equity partner in as short a timeframe as possible.
