Established in 1974, Primagera is today a familiar company form with private capitals. Initially constituted of a unit manufacture, currently possess three. The headquarters, Primagera 1, are situated in Aradas - Aveiro, produces utilitarian and decorative earthenware for domestic use. The maximum capacity is of 120 000 daily pieces, corresponding... 80% the exportation. To correspond to the increasing search of decorated table, one second manufacter unit was created in 1982, situated equally in Aradas. Equipped with a modern system of Stamping, the capacity of production, approximately, is 40 000 daily pieces (produced in three shifts), being 80% destined to the domestic market. All together, Primagera 1 and 2 have 219 employees. To increase the offers of products was created one third unit, located in Bustos - Oliveira do Bairro. Today, Primagera 3 produces a utilitarian stoneware parts, Ovenware, with a maximum capacity of production of 60 000 daily pieces. The three units complement between each other, providing a bigger variety of products to its customers. Currently, the Primagera focus its activities in the production of earthenware and stoneware, manufacturing and commercializing more then 1600 references.
