The present global climate demands that we take the necessary precautions to ensure that our assets are adequately protected. Realizing this, Preventative Measures continues to guarantee that it provides the best possible instruction and advice for the protection consumer and the security professional. Who is Gamal Newry? With over 17 years of law enforcement and security experience, Mr. Newry has worked in such areas as the Criminal Investigation Department, Community Policing and the Police Training College. He presently is a Reserve Corporal, assisting both the elite Strike Force of the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and the Police Training College as a trainer. He has headed security departments of Doctors Hospital, New Providence Development Company and the Old Fort Bay Gated Community. He is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and represents the International Foundation of Protection Officers (IFPO), here in The Bahamas.
