We go the extra mile before and during the construction process to help eliminate those issues that can develop in the first year of owning your home. With every home we build, we include an extensive one year warranty. You will have two post completion meetings, the first is scheduled 90 days... after the final walk through and the second at the 11th month of your first year to ensure everything in your home is functioning at its best. Our technicians and tradesman are ready to jump into action to handle any unforeseen issues. After the first year's warranty ends, many of our clients have asked us to return to help maintain their homes with annual preventative care, perform service check ups, and perform new improvements both indoors and out. To help meet our existing customers and the community's needs, we established our Prete Home Service Program. We work with you on your monthly, quarterly, and yearly needs and create a personalized maintenance program to handle these items.
