I had been trying to understand & resolve the issue since 3months by sending multiple mails but had not got any response so far. However, after I discussed the matter with Mr. Brijesh, he personally looked into the records and sent me the explanation very promptly. I have started regaining the confidence that I lost in the services being given to us.
