To establish and maintain efficient and effective service delivery through sound intergovernmental, inter-departmental and sector relations. Promote good governance that is people centerd and that imprves the quality of life of all the citizens of the province, in in particular, the vulnerable groups. STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES The Office of the Premier derives its mandate from the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa of 1999.
