Having worked online and within the courthouses for over 15 years we've seen just about everything and have a solid understanding of the subtle nuisances one must know to circumnavigate each county's Land Records. Acquiring the experience only years within this profession can provide to account for various clerical errors, misindexings and common name variations to name a few, that help provide our clients with the most accurate information available to better serve their clients and out do their competitors. Counties Covered, Pricing and Contact Info is below. $35 for a current owner search, $50 for a two owner, and $50 for a current owner search, $65 for a two owner search, a 60 year search for metes and bounds cases. We can meet any lender or settlement requirements for both Residential and Commercial. Fees are already included in search price for cases which require just pertinent pages. For cases that require full copies of all deeds in the chain for full searches, full copies of Deeds of Trust and all affecting documents, and restrictions, easements or other exemptions, we charge 25 cents extra per page. We are also a vendor for Qualia, a one stop shop cloud based settlement software company.
