Today, the company is known throughout the U.S. for the company's ability to handle prototype and custom orders efficiently. Precision Metal Fabrication consists of two different building locations. The company's main office and work place is located at 191 Heid Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45404. This location has three facilities to fulfill the company's needs. The main building at 191 Heid Ave has 18,000 sq. ft. of work space with a 14' x 28' paint booth. The second building (which is next door) allows the company to have another 8,000 sq. ft. of workspace. The last building at this location is the company's 8,400 sq. ft. warehouse. The second location at 1280 McCook Avenue is a five minute drive from the main office. This location gives the company additional 10,000 sq. ft. for work & storage. This location is also equipped with two 7 1/2 ton overhead cranes and a 20' x 35' paint booth.
