Precision Foils Pvt Ltd was set up as a joint venture with Micro Packaging Engg. Pvt Ltd (Sydney Australia), who are leading manufacturers of Aluminium lidding foils in the Australia and Pacific Rim Region. Both groups have vast experience in the packing and machine building industry, which acts as a compliment to the business, since we have the ca... pability to quickly produce our own tools and machines from our group company, enabling us to adopt to the fast changing needs of our customers. International exposure and upgradation of technology, combined with quick adaptation of changing technologies at the plant level are some of our strengths which have been appreciated by customers who we service worldwide. Today, nearly 40% of our production is exported to Taiwan R.O.C., Thailand, Australia, Dubai, Sharjah, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, etc., besides the fast growing Indian customer base. Amongst our leading Indian customers are companies like Amul, Sugam, Vijaya, Vadilal, Brooke Bond, Indo Nissin, Nilgiri, Sumul, Parle Bailey, Parley Bisleri, NEPC Brooks, Spakel, Uni-Lever, Malas, Nestle, Britannia etc. The aluminium foil seals are produced on fully automatic presses and has no human contact except at the cartoning stage, thus enhancing the packaged product stability on the shelf. The production unit is installed in an air-conditioned room and no foot wear is allowed into this production facility. Our basic foil stock is procured from Indal(ALCAN), which is an ISO 9000 company and other approved foil manufacturers. Rotogravure printing upto 7 colours is available on state of the art printing and prepress systems.
