We opened Precision Auto Body in 1989 with the belief that if we treat our customers the same way we treat our family, and repair each vehicle in the same manner we would repair our mother's vehicle, then customers will not only return to us the next time they have a fender bender, and also refer their friends and family. This philosophy has proven... to be true for over 28 years. We believe our "customer" is the vehicle owner, not the insurance company. This difference is what sets us apart from many corporate owned body shops that are a "direct repair shop" for many of the insurance companies. We cannot be "coerced" into using sub-standard used or aftermarket parts to repair your vehicle by insurance companies that audit, and encourage, the use of those parts, especially with "direct repair shops".
