We were having a puppy delivered from Wisconsin to Mississippi. Robert did an excellent job of telling me every step of the way! He called me and texted me the whole time with updates. He made it so much easier to relax and just wait for the arrival of our newest family member!! He is so sweet and caring and treats these animals like they are his and takes such great care of them!! If I ever need another pet delivered, I will definitely be using him again!!! Wonderful service! Brought my pup to me safe and sound and answered any questions I had along the way. My favorite was how personable the customer service is. You can tell Robert genuinely loves what hes doing. He didnt rush to get here but rather looked out for my puppys well-being and took regular stops as necessary. He also sent me photo updates which I greatly appreciated.
