Bob Frase has been involved in the electric utility industry since his graduation from the University of Illinois where he studied Electrical Engineering. He went on to do graduate work in Power Engineering at the University of Santa Clara, California. His love for California, especially the wine country, led him to stay on and pursue his passion for engineering as an entrepreneur. He founded and acquired several successful companies, including a centennial firm, all based in the greater bay area and serving utilities across California and beyond. When Public Safety Power Shut-offs (PSPS) became a reality in California, he realized that commercial businesses would benefit from his expertise in developing permanent energy solutions. As a result, Bob gathered a dynamic team of core consultants, with a combined industry experience of over more than 100 years, to address PSPS-specific problems.
