Online and google ho... urs do not reflect actual office hours. 1.) Everyone has a past and no one comes from a life of perfection. ( not even me) 2.) We all have a story, but we arent always aware of what we can do to write the story we wish to have. As the creators of our journeys, we can edit, write and rewrite any part. This might cause us to become aware of a new reality, way of being, and accepting of what is. 3.) We all have to do the work. Imagining what life can be like is fun and entertaining but that is all it will ever be if we dont take action. We can achieve virtually anything if we put in the work, remain flexible in our thinking and have an honest relationship with 4.) We have to be willing to get uncomfortable. Sometimes, we are comfortable being uncomfortable, and something inside wants to experience a different way, and, well, the only way to get there is to get uncomfortable. 1.) Person-Centered: this means I meet you exactly where you are. I do not judge. I do not try to change, shape, or mold you into anything. I listen and we reflect. The focus of therapy is on YOU not on the issues or problems which allows you to develop self-trust, a willingness to grow + develop a system to evaluate yourself and choices. 2.) Existential: this therapy helps people to see more than one option for their life and outcome. This therapy is great for people who are feeling helpless, stuck or trapped in their current situation. It requires that you become aware of your thoughts and feelings, that we confront anxiety and become aware of how we interact with the world.
