At the helm of Power Guru, Bhima has over seven years of experience in the installation of grid-tied and off-grid solar PV systems, with dozens of residential and commercia... l installations to his credit. Bhima's background includes seven years as a Project Manager and Energy Consultant with Efficiency Vermont, serving industrial customers in the southern sector of the state; in addition, he has seven years of experience designing, patenting and developing markets for clean energy technologies such as microturbines and fuel cells with United Technologies; earlier in his career, he worked for several years with BOC Gases and GE Plastics. Bhima has a doctorate in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Certificate in System Design & Management from MIT Sloan School of Management. He lives in North Bennington, VT.? ? Julia Rhode, Installer and Marketing Manager, is passionate about sustainable living, from food production, to transportation, to recycling, to energy. She has served in the nonprofit sector in various capacities, on both coasts. Julia also has experience as a project manager in the wind industry. She has a graduate degree in French from Middlebury College, and currently resides in a timberframe home on a dirt road in Shaftsbury, VT, with her Small Munsterlander, Pip, and a few free-range chickens. David R. Young, ???Project Development Manager, has a wealth of experience in architectural design, community systems and regional planning. He has worked on municipal, commercial and residential projects. He is also a passive house consultant, and has training in permaculture and transition planning.
