With the purchase of our first CNC in 1981, we quickly developed into a top rated supplier for several fortune 500 OEM's. Posimech has multiple approvals to Mil-I-45208 and calibration to Mil... -C-45662. Our systems and procedures are formatted per AS9100. Our equipment enables us to supply a broad range of sizes and materials, from 0.020" diameter screw machine products and micro-miniature instrumentation parts to 12" diameter intricate turnings and 2 cubic foot, 4 axis machined housings, forgings and castings. Our assembly department handles simple helicoil and post installation to sub-systems with several hundred line items on the BOM. With over 25 years of experience supplying customers with Aerospace, Telecommunications, Medical, Marine and Capital Equipment products, Posimech can handle machined parts and assembly orders with the capability of a larger production facility, yet the attention of your own proto-type department. Posimech makes daily local deliveries, and is conveniently located near I-495 (LIE).
