About Porteous Fastener
Porteous Fastener Company only sells through distribution. The company do not sell to end-users. In order to qualify as a Porteous Fastener distributor, all the terms below must be met: 1. Purchaser's business must be in wholesale or in distribution. 2. All purchases from PFC will be resold. 3. A copy of the purchaser's resale license will be furnished to PFC prior to any sale. 4. The purchaser will maintain and warehouse adequate and representative inventory of products similar to those sold by PFC. View PFC line card to review Products sold by PFC. 5. The purchaser inventory must have a minimum replacement value of $25,000. 6. The Purchaser must have a place of business and warehouse that is not a home, garage or storage unit. 7. The purchaser agrees to pay PFC invoices within agreed terms. 8. Purchases from PFC will exceed $12,000 per year. 9. PFC has the right to terminate the relationship if above terms are not met.Explore more
