If you're just discovering Polar... We're a family run shop that makes gears for Cherry Burrell continuous ice cream freezers. You might say: We make the parts that keep ice cream cool. We've been doing this a long time, and we value our customer relationships and the quality of our products. My dad started out in this business when I was just 6 years old. Not only did I take it over, but my wife helped run the business and my daughter grew up running around my shop. I've finally convinced her to come back and help out as an adult, too.
