About Pol-Tech Machining
Originally starting with a few pieces of manual equipment, the company has expanded its capabilities to include 2-5 axis CNC milling, turning and wire EDM. Our climate controlled 7500-square foot, ISO 9001:2015 Compliant facility utilizes the latest version of MasterCam to enable us to use our customers' 3D models to generate programs for our ten CNC and EMD machines. Our Sheffield CMM has been retrofitted to use the latest version of CMM-Manager. This enables us to use the same 3D models for manufacturing and inspection, greatly improving the quality of our product. We specialize in the machining of complex aerospace and gas turbine components in exotic materials. We often are required to hold .001 or tighter tolerances in stainless steels and super-alloys. Our staff of highly skilled machinists are trained to deal with these unique challenges, giving us the capability to handle all your machining needs, from prototype to high volume production.
