The firm has a track record of successful project delivery on major capital programs totaling more than $7B for Bay Area Rapid Transit, Caltrain, Miami-Dade Transit (MDT), and San Francisco International Airport. Founded in 1991, Brindley Pieters & Associates, Inc. is a minority-owned small business that provides transportation services including transit, civil and structural engineering services along with PM/CM services to public and private sector clients. BPA has significant experience in the transportation sector, with recent engineering involvement on MDTs $500+ million Miami Intermodal Center/Earlington Heights Connector, and as program managers for transportation infrastructure totaling $319 million as part of the $2.5-billion Better Jacksonville Plan in Florida. EAC Consulting, Inc. is a minority-owned firm that provides expertise and innovative solutions in structural, civil, and transportation engineering, as well as PM/CM. Founded in 1994, EACs recent work includes diversified engineering consulting and PM/CM services for the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority; Miami-Dade Expressways $500-million improvement program; and MDT Metrorail extension projects totaling over $3.5B.
