We are... the largest provider of apprenticeships for 16-18 year olds in Staffordshire, built upon 30 years of experience and strong relationships with over 1200 local businesses. Our education programmes prepare young people for work through work experience, employability and qualifications, ensuring a seamless transition into real jobs and sustainable employment. We are three businesses: Aspire Housing , PM Training and Realise charity . Together, we blend commercial expertise with social purpose and revitalise communities by providing homes, training, employment and support. Our businesses work collaboratively by helping to fund support for our apprentices and learners with tool kits, workwear, mental health sessions and more. We also provide employment support for Aspire Housing customers thanks to our dedicated employment and skills team. Realise charity give back to our community by supporting vulnerable people. They offer amazing digital skills and chair-based exercise classes to older members of our communities and help to fund some fantastic projects in our areas.
