P&M Mechanical, Inc. was established in 1991 by Cleo H. Pesnell and Sonny Marston. The two men had worked together for over 25 years in the trade, at the same company, before buying out the original owner in 1986. Deciding in 1991 to make their own signature mark on the industry, they launched P&M Mechanical, Inc. Cleo H. Pesnell would oversee the... day-to-day operations until 2001, at which time he would turn operations and responsibilities over to his daughter, Amanda P. Wideman. Amanda had worked and trained under her father since 1986. By 2004, the transfer of stock had begun and so had a new era of P&M Mechanical, Inc. P&M Mechanical is now a WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council) company - certification #2005117184 - specializing in the fields of HVAC and Plumbing. The company has completed mechanical projects ranging from small bank branches of $20,000 to a $9.5 million dollar mechanical system for a local high school. The type of mechanical and plumbing projects include commercial, retail, institutional, medical (hospital and medical office buildings), science and research labs. P&M Mechanical, Inc. has the experience, knowledge and staff to take on any of the above project types in plan and spec form or design and build.
