Started in Seattle in 1961 as "Potter & Thuesen", the company was originally a combination insurance and real-estate sales firm. Following the retirement of Bjorn Thuesen in 1964, Bob Leonard joined the company and our name was changed to "Potter and Leonard". Since those days the company has focused strictly on insurance sales, representing some to the finest national and regional insurance companies in the nation.
