Placement Partners

Placement Partners, Inc. is an executive search and consulting firm located in Houston, Texas. The two principles of the firm are John Crockett and Sean Hughes. Hughes & Associates (DBA) is the largest division of Placement Partners, Inc. and specializes in recruiting financial services professionals, brokers and advisors. It has been successfully... recruiting for an exclusive client list of broker/dealers (BDs) for over three years. With a large, well trained group of recruiters, hundreds of potential candidates are contacted each day in order to deliver vetted and viable candidates to each client firm. These firms welcome brokers and fee paid advisors who serve not just "high net worth" clients, but the "middle market" as well. Sean Hughes, the head of recruiting, was a top executive recruiter for several years with another search firm working exclusively for a single major Wall St. firm. He started Hughes & Associates in order to broaden his client list. Sean is a frequent participant in industry roundtables and is often quoted in financial publications and as a trade magazine panelist. Because of his high profile and reputation, Sean is a "first call" for many brokers from all over the country when they want to begin exploring their broker/dealer alternatives. When Hughes & Associates places a financial advisor with a new firm it is with the tacit understanding that this will be that professional's last change of firm because of the kind of stable, well managed, "advisorcentric" firms which we represent.
