In addition, Mr. Kolychkine is the President and CEO of P.K. Management Group, Inc. (PKMG), a national real estate management firm. PKMG provides property rehab/repair, maintenance and preservation, property management, property inspections, and asset management services to various Federal governmental and commercial clients throughout the United States. PKMG manages and performs field work on thousands of residential and commercial properties per year. PKMGs industry leading proprietary workflow system is utilized by PKCG to maximize project efficiencies. During the course of their extensive carriers, they have successfully constructed many projects in the South Florida market, which have helped shape the landscape of our community, by providing an array of quality projects at affordable pricing.
