PK Community Management Services Inc. is a family business dedicated to serving north San Diego County homeowner associations. It was incorporated in 1981by Mary Plemons and Jack Kroeker under the name of P&K Condo Management, Inc. The principles of our company began serving condominium association in 1975. During the evolution of our company in 19... 86, Vaughn Plemons, Mary's husband, opened Barret Condo Management & Maintenance, Inc. to serve coastal north San Diego County homeowner associations. In 1991, following Vaughn's retirement, John Plemons (son), took over the presidency. P&K Condo Management, Inc. and Barret Condo Management and Maintenance, Inc. have combined to form PK Community Management Service, Inc. The current owners and active principles are John Plemons, Lisa Plemons, Jack Kroeker and Karel Kroeker. In 1992, Mary Plemons, then president of P & K Condo Management, Inc., began working with several other prominent business owners to organize and form the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). Mary is recognized as a founding member of this association which works to improve and prompt the professional development and stature of those engaged in the field of community association management. All of our property managers are CACM Certified and attend continuing education programs to maintain their certification status. PK Community Management Services, Inc. remains a small family run business by design. Most employees are family related and take a special pride in offering hands on service.
